    1930s Deco Race Horse Tile Panel
    Measures 25” long and is ~ 8 1/8” wide
    I have been to the Santa Anita Racetrack and recognized this image
    Resembles  the metal frieze at the entrance of Santa Anita
    I am attributing this design to Chester Phillips. That’s my best guess.
